Compared with conventional AlTiN coatings, it shows significantly higher density, hardness and toughness, as well as an improved edge stability and an abrasion resistance.<\/p>\n

HDP AlTiX achieves great improvements in performance with fine-grained carbide tools used in high-speed cutting, hard and dry machining (MQL) and deep hole drilling. AlTiX is recommended with resharpened tools with low thicknesses and improves tool life in applications such as fine blanking and forming.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n
