Bulk PVD coating<\/h2>\n

We have developed a unique PVD coating process for microcomponents. This enables us to coat microcomponents, such as screws for the watch industry, in large quantities and with complete traceability. In doing so, we increase the hardness and reduce the torque at the same time.<\/p>\n

With this process, tens of thousands of micro-components can be coated simultaneously with high consistency of color and layer thickness. Our advanced technology enables the reliable and cost-effective coating of small parts from a diameter of 0.2 mm.<\/p>\n
