SiTiN800
The new HDP SiTiN800 coating is characterized by its high load and wear resistance. Cutting speeds can be increased and machining times reduced.
Thanks to its optimized texture and microstructure, SiTiN800 is especially designed for machining high-performance materials and hardened steels over 65 HRC. It withstands high thermal loads and is highly resistant to oxidation, enabling cutting edges to remain sharp for longer.
The smooth, low-defect coating is particularly suitable for micro-tools with layer thicknesses of 0.5 µm.
