PVD + a-C:H
Our newly developed amorphous carbon coating a-C:H is particularly suitable for demolding during plastic injection molding. It makes it easier to release the parts and ensures low-wear production.
With its amorphous structure, the carbon coating offers excellent sliding properties that reduce friction and wear. This leads to an extended service life of components and tools. The coating can be applied to or combined with our existing range of PVD coatings.
This ability to apply our DLC-like carbon coating to existing hard coatings makes it an extremely attractive option for a wide range of industries and applications.
