AlCrO
The HDP AlCrN based coating is nanostructured and offers high temperature resistance with an outstanding thermal shock stability. With its extreme wear resistance, the AlCrO is a versatile coating recommended for a wide range of application in hard and dry machining (MQL) and high-speed cutting.
Within its different variations, HDP AlCrO achieves great results with soft milling, threading, plastic processing dies, forming and reaming of highly alloyed steel and titanium alloys.
