Medical coatings
With our HDP PVD Arc technology, we develop and tailor our coatings to meet the extensive requirements from the medical industry. We have specialized in medical coatings on substrates ranging from titanium to complex polymers at extremely low coating temperatures (80°C).
Our strong experience in the coating of medical implants and medical instruments has led us to build strong partnerships over the years in the swiss medical industry.
We developed our unique bulk PVD Coating system with a decorative and functional purpose. Micro components, even as low as 0.2mm in diameter can be evenly coated in a broad range of color at a low cost.
